Most times I can return calls the same day. (not guaranteed though, I will do my best)

*DO NOT BOOK an Appointment if you received ANY Letters, Letters MUST BE DROPPED off for REVIEW. EVEN if you call this is what you will be told. If for some reason you do make the appointment, we will only take the letter for review later as research can take additional time or require additional staff, than an appointment allows.  

*BUSINESS RETURNS AND RENTAL PROPERTY RETURNS MUST BE DROPPED OFF

*Please DO NOT Book Appointments to DROP OFF returns.  Drop them off and we will call you when we start working on your file. 

*Don't forget we have the Tax App now FOR PERSONAL RETURNS ONLY, you can download the app (see download page) and scan and upload your tax documents. OPTIONAL 

*BUSINESS SETUPS and CONSULTS can also be done via EMAIL, Appointments aren't necessary, we do about 80% of them over email.
